The main possible issues in accessing our platform are two:
Incorrect access data
Ensure that you are using the information provided when creating your account and that the password you entered is correct. Please note that our platform is case sensitive.
For security reasons your account accesses are suspended after 3 months without use. At the same time, in case of non-payment of your invoices, access to your account may also be blocked.
