    Modify a shipment after its creation

    Depending on the phase in which the submission is, the procedure for changing a submission is different.

    Shipping created and not declared

    You can make all desired changes such as changing the recipient’s details as well as changing the carrier and service options.

    1. Go to the menu Shipments and section Undeclared
    2. Click on the shipment you wish to change
    3. Make all the desired changes
    4. Click on Save changes to save the new data

    Shipment Declared but not yet collected

    In this case the shipping label cannot be changed. You must create a new shipment and request the cancellation of the initial shipment to our support.

    Shipment in transit

    The change is dependent on the carrier and may incur extra costs. You must contact our support as soon as possible providing all the details to be changed.
