    Create a shipment with a different sender

    To create shipments for your customers with a pick-up address different from your usual address (address included in your customer area when you join our platform) you must select the extra option “Pick and send” when creating the shipment.

    When you select the extra option Pick and Send, the fields for the sender’s data will appear and you will have to fill them in.



    Depending on the carrier, a label may not be issued because the courier will take it when you collect (CTT for example) or there may be an extra cost (e.g. collections abroad by GLS).
