    Conditions and actions in the Rule Book

    It consists of a list of conditions that must be met in order to perform the specified action. You can define when to trigger these actions, as in:

    When ALL
    When ALL conditions are met

    When ANY
    When ANY of the conditions are met

    ALWAYS when the rule is reached
    When the rule is met, perform a specific set of action(s)

     

    Conditions

    Carrier
    The transport company(ies) available in your contract.

    Extra option
    Depending on the carrier selected, options may vary. Such as collection, return, insurance, collect delivery, etc.

    Service level
    Depending on the carrier selected, different levels of service can be provided. These service levels may include international or domestic shipping, less transit time, or less cost.

    Current time (hh:mm:ss)
    The Time this rule should apply

    Day and Time
    The day and time when this rule is to be applied

    Day of Week
    The day of the week this rule is to be applied

    Month
    The month of the year when this rule is to be applied

    Destination country
    The country of destination of the shipment

    Destination country zone
    Based on the carrier, different zones may be displayed.

    Shipping method name
    The name of the shipping method created in the back-end of your online shop.

    Shop
    The shop(s) where the rules will be applied.

    Weight
    The weight of a defined item

     

    Actions

    Specifies the actions to be taken under the above conditions.

    Carrier
    The transport company(ies) available under your contract.

    Depending on the carrier selected, options may vary. Such as collection, return, insurance, collect delivery, etc.

    Service level
    Depending on the carrier selected, different levels of service can be provided. These service levels may include international or domestic shipping, less transit time, or less cost.

    Do not store shipment
    Based on the conditions set, the shipment will not be stored and will require manual action by the user.

    Stop processing rules
    If this option is selected, any other rules that are created below the defined rule, will not be applied.
    This action prevents rules from being executed.
