    Changing the sender of a shipment

    If your account has multiple senders and you wish to import your shipments from one or more online shops to your main sender, you can easily allocate each shipment to a collection address using our platform.

    1. Go to the Shipments menu and the Undeclared section of your main sender or the sender connected to the webshop from where the shipment came from
    2. Select the dispatch or dispatches you wish to transfer to another sender
    3. Click on the action button arrow
    4. Select the Change Sender option
    5. Select the sender you wish to use
    6. Confirm your intention to change sender by clicking OK
