    Request a second delivery attempt for a shipment

    In the event of a failed delivery, the shipment is normally forwarded to a carrier’s collection point where it can be collected by the recipient.

    Some carriers offer the possibility of another delivery attempt that may or may not be charged.

    To request this new delivery attempt you should contact our support with this request always indicating the tracking number.
