Transit Times
The transit times shown throughout our commercial proposal are merely estimates. Unless otherwise stated, shipments shall only be deemed to be delayed after 15 days from the acceptance of the shipment by the carrier, or in the case of shipments with estimated transit time longer than this deadline, after 7 days of the indicated deadline, as indicated in the Decree of Law 239/2003 of the Portuguese Law.
Only those services where there is express indication that they have a guarantee service will be given compensation when a delay is observed according to the terms and conditions of that service. At this moment only the 13H and 13H multiple CTT service, UPS Express Saver service and DHL express 12:00 service have guaranteed delivery.
